1 ST prenatal

We had our first prenatal appt March 14th at 16 weeks, (we thought we were 15 weeks but I guess we are a week further along than expected! ya!) We met our obstetrician Dr. Billy Wong, we really really really like him! Tim and I left feeling so confident. Tim was on shift, so he picked me up in the cruiser and we headed to the HYS center. We ended up waiting for 3 hours! Turns out Dr.Wong had 2 deliveries and a C-section that morning! The best part of the visit was being able to hear the heartbeat!! Tim was sitting in a chair in uniform, fighting back tears :)  big tough cop is a big softie when it comes to his little baby! The baby's heartbeat was 155 beats per minute, doc said that is a good strong heartbeat!
